We thought of a lot of things, throwing piles of chicken bones in their yard in hopes the dogs would choke to death, throwing cyanide coated steaks in their yard, .22, there was a lot, but we knew, if we did anything, she was the type to take after us more aggressively then how we took after her. It wasn't worth criminal charges or jail time toward anyone in my family.

i think thats the point he's going after. i can understand, you move into a nice neighborhood, pay a bunch for a decent house and good neighbors... then along comes bubba, puts up his barn, has lawn mower races in the back yard. property value goes down, the neighborhood starts looking a little dumpy. it all goes down hill. maybe its not quite that dramatic... yet.

well, theres always one way to tell if his pole barn has affected property value.....come have someone do a appraisal, if it has no effect, or even raises ur property value (for whatever reason) then what will u say then....

correct me if i'm wrong. sounds to me like the hillbilly moved in, was out running his atv's/ snowmobiles in his yard. next thing he knows cop are at his house telling him to stfu. now hes pissed cause no one on the block could come ask him to try an be quieter. So then he takes the "well if its the **** me approach im gonna use the **** you approach." so now hes a dick and does everything he can thats just pushing the limit of the rules.
