"Both victims said they were shot by a stranger who was running down the street and fired at them as he RAN BY !!!!!"

"Police and victims are unable to come up with any reson for the assailants actions"

Shootings everyday are nothing new down home, but not too often they do it on foot, they usually grab a car so they think they can get away...but then again, It's hard for cops to catch em if they are already on foot!!
