to make a long story short after i helped my dad yesterday i was driveing by a ford dealer and went with the girl i was with to drool over the rangers and new mustangs.....


within 20 mins of talking to a guy i kno there i got to go for a ride and drive one of these

stage 3 roush 427 mustang with the trak pack!.

holy crap was it fast. it puts my uncles vette to shame. ive always loved stangs but damn! thats a whole new level.

435 HP, 3.73 Detroit rear gear, 14" brakes, fully adjustable suspension, $58K..Don't think they are running the six speed, that's one of the things I don't like. The five speed is find for "normal" driving.
The power comes from here plus the special calibration of the CPU, off-road pipes.

Even have special seats in them with the extra bolsters on the side to keep you planted.

the one i drove was 60K, it was a 6 speed.

Well it's about time for the six speed, especially one made for the road course! I take it you really enjoyed the ride. I can get 22 mpg crusing at 72 mph on the interstate with the old '07' "R". 14K miles on it so it doesn't sit hidden in the garage.
