Well you know, there is a certain amount of mechanical ability needed to do certain things. I'm not writing a step by step procedure here. I assume you can handle certain things. I put the RABS in one of my two bench top vices and had the pieces out in a couple seconds. But then again, a level of ability is assumed here . . jeesh.
