Yeah, thats only an hour down the road... vs the Snap-On guy stopping once a week with a vastly superior product. More expensive, but they make Craftsman look pretty clunky on a good day.
I was sick of fighting it and he stopped by the next day and the deal was done. I also like that he rebuilds YOURS rather than reaching into a bucket and pulling out "rebuilt" wrenches that look like they were dug out of jet engines and may or may not work better than what you turn in. I have had to go through two or three before I get one that works before, one didn't even work out of a new set.
