I cant find any rims that fit my ranger

Im looking at some cheap soft rims, like cragar rims. However i cant find and rim that is 15x8 wheel is 3.75 inches with -19mm offset. That is what im looking for. I have a 3 inch body lift on my 1999 ford ranger and im getting rid of my stock rims and tires and getting 31's. Its really confusing to me about rims and tires. I just don't know rim will fit my truck and what tire will fit my rim so theres no rub.

The offset wont matter if you get the backspacing right.

I had a pair of, ahem, Jeep rims that were 15 x 8...fit perfectly...but I swapped them out for my Bronco aluminum 15" rims...wanted 4 of the same but could not find another set anywhere...

But, then again, I only shop at junkyards...

If you get some 15x8 rims just go for a 4" back spacing. thats what I got om my 99.
