Hydrolock in cylinder 6

Tested the wires going to the ECC and they looked good. I replaced the positive battery cable as it was not looking the best either. Have drove it about 20 miles and have not had the stumble issue happen again yet.
I wanted to see if the computer had thrown any codes and when I read KOEO it read an O 67. With KOER it read R41 (HEGO (HO2S) sensor voltage low / system
lean) and R21 (Cooling Temperature sensor out of specified)
range or ECT out of range?
Are these anything that I should be worried about And would they have an effect on how the motor is running?

Was engine all warmed up for the KOER test for codes?
it needs to be

I had drove it home from work about 6 miles and tested after it had been parked for about 30mins.

It takes 5 to 8 minutes for engine to get up to operating temp, at that time the computer switches to Closed Loop and uses all the sensors to set air/fuel miix.

I would retest after a longer drive, engine running test

Drove it until it was up to temp last night and tried to run for codes again and got an 11 so everything must be good.

Thanks for the update.

I guess time will tell
