Hydraulic setup on bellhousing

I'd love to see this too. Could you all also explain everything on how you set up the hydraulic clutch? Did you use the stock hoses, master cylinder, and fittings etc..

Modern drive line makes a kit that gives u all the parts u need to convert your cable driven clutch to hydraulic just need to drill 2 holes in bellhousing and make necessary adjustments.kinda pricey but takes all the guess work out of it.

I bought one for mine.judt haven't installed it yet

Only thing I had to buy for it to work on my 1st gen was hydraulic fittings that fit in my factory master cylinder.russell fittings to be exact.

I'm using a 22 inch Kevlar line and these fittings. 280z or similar slave. F550 master and ranger pushrod. Seems to be the hot ticket that everyone uses.
I just don't want to drill through the bellhousing. Think I'll buy that bracket that bolts to the side of the transmission

Y not drill into bellhousing?I don't think the housing is that brittle to break or crack.moderndrive line had been doing these kits for a while now.if they say it LL work.thats all I need.

And what bracket that bolts on the side? didn't know anyone made one that bolted up to housing?

Seen some that broke the bellhousing.. not sure what caused that but thats something I dont want ro encounter. Plus, when I'm at the track I WOT powershift and just don't feel to comfortable with it bolted to the bellhousing with that type of driving

U saw external slaves bolted to bellhousing break.im curious how that could possibly happen.it doesn't move.its probably someone's home made hack job that they thought they knew what they were doing and found out the hard way.i ll let u know how mine works.hoping to have engine with trans in truck next mth
