I'm rebuilding a wrecking lot engine for future use- just starting nothing exciting to talk about- but was wondering is there anyone that makes hydraulic lifters for these engines so I won't be adjusting my valves all the time in the future??

No. The block has to be designed for hydraulic lifters so oil can get to them under pressure. Some confusion may exist because a disassembled hydraulic can be used, with longer push rods, to make a lighter weight solid lifter. (and not worth the effort)
You shouldn't have to adjust the solids all that often; just part of the deal with the 2.8.
