Hi,
I have a 95' Ranger 4x4 w/ 5spd. I would like to install a hurst shifter. I was wondering if it would work with the manual transfer case shifter, as far as the trim plate goes?
Thanks!

Yeah, It will work. You have to use the stock trim plate with the Hurst boot. The directions tell you how to trim the boot to fit the stock trim panel.

Hey Thanks for the reply! I'm not far from Jackson. I'm right in Browns Mills by Ft Dix/McGuire AFB.

On my truck I have both the Hurst Shifter AND a manual transfer case with a stock 4x4 shift bezel.

I also have a 1" body lift (done mainly for wrench clearance)

But I still had to make a 1" spacer out of polyethylene foam to put between the floor and the shift boot bezel to keep the shifter from rubbing against the shift boot bezel).
