Hubs Locked = BAD Shaking

Axle U-joint.

AD

Yep, that bastard center joint.

You have to pull the pig out of the beam to replace it. When you are putting it back together, take that E-clip off the pig-shaft and use a spring to keep the shaft seated. Then you can service the pig-shaft without any trouble. You need a spring with a 1-3/8" ID about 3" long:

Hubs Locked = BAD Shaking

I never pull the inner shaft out to replace the ujoint. It can be done without replacing even on a stock vehicle. Takes me around 15 minutes for removal and install.

Second, I've changed a few in the vehicle.

It turns out the problem was my spindle bearings that my axle goes through, disintegrated & fused with my hub and required a torch to remove what was left of the bearing.
So after removing what was left, and putting new bearings in, the shaking is gone. But the outer axle shaft was gouged and needs to be replaced.
