Hello, I just changed the wheels/tires on my 1994 Mazda B4000. A while back My front right wheel bearing went bad and I had a shop fix it. When i took the front right wheel off the hub came off with it, i just took it out of the wheel and put it back on, then put the new wheel on. Now my 4x4 will not engage, I hear the 4x4 controller click and then nothing. What could have happened?

Pretty common thing... This here would take care of the issue.

When putting the hub back on, you want to make sure the hub engages the cam assembly properly. You'll know it's on properly when it slips all the way on with no resistance (you may have to try it in a few positions to find the right spot). To test, rotate the front driveshaft by hand, both hubs should engage when you turn it. If they don't, then something's screwed up (the plastic cam getting damaged is common).

If it were mine, I'd get rid of the auto hubs for a set of manual hubs. Even when working, the autos are a bit quirky.
