i need to kno how big around the hub on a 89 4wd ranger is.i want to start looking for wheels and if i can find some that will fit over my front hubs from a jeep id be happy

Its called a tape measure. Go out and measure them

Considering that people put Jeep D35 full-floating-axle conversion hubs onto their Ranger D35s, it's a good bet that Jeep wheels will fit just fine. However, backspacing can very easily be different.

The bolt pattern is 5 on 4.5. You don't care about the "size" of the hub.

i tryed to stick jeep rubi wheels on and they wont clear my hub so i just thought to ask

I can't help but feel the same way....folks want you to do stuff that they could do easily, like run a carfax for them like they cant afford 20 bucks, tell you stuff they could have found out if they did a search, or measure something that they could do easily.


If someone buys books and tools to fix their electrical stuff and still cant figure out the concepts, I'll talk their ear off...at least theyve put effort into it.

Some Jeep wheels will fit over the D35 manual hub, some will not. Most after market wheels will. And I mean the cap that comes off when you really don't want it to.
