How to weld a diff on a 7.5 Plaese Help

assuming its an open diff: open the cover, clean everything really well with brake parts cleaner, weld each spider gear to the carrier, and to each other. the end result will look like this

yup, just fill that sumbitch with steel. if you can't afford to stuff a new axle in when the welds break, you'll need to preheat and postheat the carrier and weld with a high-nickle rod.....yes, i'm saying you need to stick-weld it.
