i think you just use a DMM to test it.

I know that much. I need to know how to test it...Which pins,apply vacuum, how much vacuum?
i'll look in my book to figure out which pins to test. you'll test with the sensor plugged in and the key on. backprobe the signal wire, watch the voltage with 21inches of mercury applied.. it should be about .5V-1V. test at 0inches and it should be about 5V.
you could also test resistance.. but i don't know the specs on that. what kind of problem are you having and what is pointing towards the MAP?
