Both the doors on my Bronco 2 have some bad rust spots, and bottom of the drivers door is so cancerous it crumbles if you poke it. I cant find a way to get access to the bolts that hold the door onto the hinges. Is this possible without removing the fenders?

yeah, you open the door and undo the two bolts in each hinge.

Baring that, have someone hold onto the door and pound the hinge pins out.

so you have to crank them out of the door (not the a pillar) with a wrench? That's gotta take forever and be a pain to put the bolts back in again when installing the new door!

Ratchet wrenches are your friend. It's a 13mm or 1/2". I take doors off every day at work.

I usually pull the A-pillar side. Ratchet, extension, good to go.
