How to post pic's?

Not the brightest bulb on the Ranger.
I've looked at the faq's, and searched the forums but I don't find an answer. And, I see the Insert Image button.

I'm guessin you insert them in the body of the message, but I can't figure out how to do it.

How do you post your pic's?

Thanks man, I thought there might be a way to enbed or insert them into message using some tools from the site, and I was just overlooking them.
