does anyone know how to install power mirrors in a truck that was original no power anything? I recently got new mirrors and they are power.

You need to pull:
Mirrors
Window Motors + Regulators
Lock Actuators
Wiring and possibly the GEM module.
I did it on a Gen 3, which will have different wiring than yours. It took an entire new cabin wiring harness. I was lucky that I already had the wiring in the engine compartment for the fuse box in, but that might be needed as well. Your best bet is to get a wiring diagram and look at the extra connections needed, and then check your truck to see what you do and don't have already.
