i just broke my tranny it is a 2.3l 4 cylinder 90 ranger, if i unbolt the tranny from the motor and take off the drive shaft and geat shifter and clutch lines and wires will the tranny just slide off the motor?

you will have to support it while sliding it back away from the motor. remove the drive shaft first then the shifter and clutch lines, then begin the unbolting just remember if its your first time its easier getting it out than putting it back in

Get the clutch pilot tool (Dorman #14503 for $4) and the slave disconnect tool (NAPA # 3413 for $8).
