if it has an air bag you can't as far as i know but 94 didn't have airbags to my knowledge.. if the latter is the case you will need a steering wheel puller for starters

I can take picture if you guys want but how would I even take the steering wheel off, I looked and I don't see anything

should be 2 screws on backside of steering wheel one on either side Phillips i believe once screws are out there should be a nut right in the center remove it and use a steering wheel puller to remove wheel. also it is really easy to get steering wheel off center so make sure front wheels are straight (makes getting new wheel lined up just a little easier) just keep in mind i have not removed any steering wheel in the last 15 years so these are rough instructions at best take with a grain of salt:icon_thumby:

If you have this style dash/steering wheel:

Then you do NOT have an airbag.

Then you do have an airbag.

According to this then I do not have an air bag so would the process of changing the steering wheel be easier?

Yep, remove the screws on the back of the wheel that hold the horn pad/cover in place. Then make sure your wheels are absolutely straight...have someone check while you adjust...then take a sharpie or some other marker and make a mark from 12 to 6 starting above top of the big nut that holds the wheel on, down the center of the nut and shaft to the bottom below the nut. Get a big socket and pull the big nut...use a borrowed steering wheel puller from the parts store to remove the wheel. Do not use a 2X4, lots of upward pressue with your legs/knees and a BFH or you'll be spitting teeth on the way to the dentist....seen it happen once.
