How organized is your shop?

Here's the view from the shop loft as of about 2 weeks ago... it's slightly less of a disaster right now since the boat is more together now...

Mine is improving as well. All that is left in the garage is the stuff to build the bed box with drawers. Once that is done, I can work on eliminating the pile of gear occupying space in my shed. I'll need to see what fits in the drawers and were dividers need to go.
