Today I drove to Yakima (in central WA for those of you unfamiliar, 2.5 hr drive one way for me) to pick up a Dana 35 with Yukon 4.56s and a Detroit. Picked it up and on the way back, going through the pass, passed this nutcase in a Colorado:

Buy a fawkin trailer dude!! We passed him and then later he passed us, and then we passed him again as he was on the shoulder fixing his tie-downs, and then he passed us again. I was really trying to not get behind him!

Couldn't you at least make a bed extender with a plywood sheet and some 2x4s? Sheesh.

see they need to make an announcement and let stupid people have full roam. do whatever they want. but let all the normal people know whats going on and in about 3 weeks all the dumb people will be deceased. his straps werent even tight.

what gets me is he had the money for a new snowmobile but couldnt afford a trailer

He is legal since he has the red flag attached to the load. I have seen people hauling 20 ft pieces of re-barb on their F series trucks!!!

Man, I just can't imagine hauling anything at night time that sticks way out the back without any lights to warn people!!!!

:dunno::shok::dunno::shok:

It is like he is beating the crap out of the suspension before he fires it up.

Haha I just got home from driving from Tacoma and saw another idiot with a snowmobile like that. It wasnt the same one though.

i would have a light/lights on it.

cant see the problem? nearly all the weight is in the bed and its within capacity...so theres low loss potential.

pulling a trailer for a single snowmobile would suck. i hate trailers, especially in shitty weather. i only use them when i have too.
