How much longer will Chrysler last?

How do you figure nobody works a Dodge?

cummins power, strong manual transmissions, indestructable front and rearend...........
We work the hell out of them around here. My old boss literally pulls his dozer with his, I've seen him put a 1970's combine on his gooseneck and run just fine.

My current boss works a 2005 D-max....... not nearly the suspension as Ford, or Dodge.

I hate gas powered dodges...... and I hate diesel Fords. I hate allison transmissions (I hate all auto's)

First off I never like to see any company fold, but if Chrysler goes down, I definitely will not cHry over it.

It has been firmly established by psychologists and criminal profilers that adults who abuse children or have problems with violence often began by abusing animals. Not only do rodeos abuse animals but those involved in rodeos are often involved in criminal behavior that also defies any regard for human life or the environment we all live in.

Dodge Trucks is guilty of supporting such stupidity at National High School Rodeo Association Rodeos and here in Illinois, Rodeos and Dodge trucks should be burned at the stake for ignoring their own rules and there is much photo evidence of animal abuse at Rodeos. Yet Dodge Trucks blinks and blindly supports this so called sport. Kindness and compassion towards all living beings is a mark of a civilized society. Racism, economic deprivation, dog fighting and cock fighting, bullfighting and rodeos are all cut from the same defective fabric: violence.

But yet Dodge Trucks sponsors these "cowboys". Anyone who disagrees with the above statement, can I taser/pepper spray you to "perform"?

I love animals. I have dogs, cats, horses, sheep, goats, ducks, geese, chickens and turkey. I grew up on a working farm. I also used to bullride. My wife still barrel races as do my daughters. My son is a stock contracter. Do you always make erroneous blanket statements about things such as this? Nobody I know who is involved in rodeo is a criminal. That is an utterly ridiculous statement.

I don't ever see them. Ever see a Dodge tow truck? Or a Dodge with a dumper on it? Or a rack body? Or even a snow plow? I don't. Great motor. Crap everything else.

Haha yea ive seen alot, the world is bigger then your town. Saying dodge supports criminals and rodeos are full of them is total bullshit and the dumbest shit ive read in a long time, you gota be a city slicker, can you even cook?

The front and rear are Dana like all the rest, except for Sterling and the GM 14 bolt.It seems like the best of Dodge......made by someone else.
Sorry, the best thing that ever happened to Dodge trucks is Cummings.
Just my 2 for what its worth.

I see dodges everyonce in ahwile up here with a plow on them but for the most part its a ford/chevy dominated area. Chevy for the cheap fleet vehicles, and ford for the work horse don't care what it looks like as long as it gets the job done trucks.

Yet another completely off the wall post by this nutcase..

Go join a religious compound far away from the internet so you cease this diarrhea of the mouth you call posting.

lol funny i was just watching ax men, couldnt count how many dodge 3/4 and 1 ton trucks i seen on there lmao. i 2nd the motion for him to join a cult, sounds like its about his caliber or people/thinking.

Around here it's 90 percent Ford diesel and 10 percent Dodge late model work trucks.New Chevy's are only pleasure trucks here I think that it's cost is to high. The thing I keep wondering about is who is going to take on the liability of a 6.0 with or 6.4 with 150000 miles when the factory quits repairing these how much are they going to be worth? All the new diesels have weak expensive points to repair thats going to affect the market.

If Dodge dumps Cummins hopefully someone else will pick them up as an optional motor. In the circles here you always hear a Ford with a Cummins and a stick would be a perfect work truck.

The U.S doesn't have the highest DOT requirements though. Scandanavia, the UK and Japan is ridiculous!

That is the end of Dodge trucks then.

why...... that Iveco engine is a good engine..... it powers class 6 equivalent trucks through the grades in Europe. Iveco has produced the only truck to circumnavigate the globe (except Across the Atlantic Ocean). And they are as trouble free as any modern diesel.

Our family business back in England uses Iveco trucks - Excellent trucks. In fact, there is little competition if any for them.

A few years ago I was travelling, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, Iveco everywhere and of course Nissan and Mitsubishi trucks. It wasn't until I stepped foot onto U.S soil did I come across a Dodge or a Chevy or a GMC or even a Ford F series. The Iveco is a Ford partnership overseas. Why is it all these magnificent all American trucks do not get overseas? Is it purely the fuel costs?

jeep is going to stay around they have been bought and sold and bought and resold several times through out history so even if chrysler hits the fan they will stay around. correct me if im wrong but doesnt ford own part of cummins? and if so ford will more than likely buy the rest after chrysler goes to the sharks
