How much lift gain from 4" jeep coils?

im looking to get around 2-3" of lift on my B2 (enough to make up for the weight of the winch and bumper, and level it at the same time) and I would like to use jeep coils, i found a deal on some 3.5" cherokee coils and a set of 4" wrangler coils, which of these do you guys think would be best for me? i dont want to have to get new drop brackets. thanks
