How many miles on your 3.0 ?

148K on my 94 ford ranger XLT. been in my family since 94 when my great uncle bought it and then my mom had it and when i turned 16 i got it. got ran into at school but some idiot. replaced the clutch, radiator, i dont know how many sets of tires and a set of spark plugs. :D

im sittin tight at 118,XXX. just went from 99,XXX to 118,XXX without changing the oil and still it ran strong. no problems. maybe this is why ford is the only domestic auto company that HASNT needed a bailout! haha

just an update, I am now up to 357000 with NO oil burning and never been apart.

My 1993 3.0 has 200,000, and all ive had to do is a valve cover gasket, radiator, water pump and thermostat. Just keep up on maintnence and never had anything major go wrong with it and I put it through alot!

120,000 on my '99. Cigar lighter broke at around 105K

76,xxx on the 01 in the garage, rolled the damn thing and the engine still pushes it around.
78,xxx on the 01 in the drive way, fingers crossed it holds together as long as my 4.0 did.

66,952 on my 2004 ranger edge. 3.0L had 29,000 on it when i bought it in 06. love this truck. smooth runs good and works like a rented mule when the occasion calls

odometer broke 5 years ago at 276something so im not sure how many i got....well over 300,00 i know that

'93 reg cab longbed 2WD 84,800mi bought it with 78K replaced plugs & cap & rotar @ like 81K. runs ok...hate the A4LD tranny tho

I got my 97 with 130k on the clock. Im 169k now, if you were to know me youd know how hard those miles are. Lots of rev limiter time and high rpms for long periods. It still gets 14-18mpg in town with 37s and never gives me problems (knocking on wood) and dominates the local Yotas :thefinger:

I now have over 356,000 miles on my 3.0L and only had to replace one of the cylinder heads. (OK, maybe some other attached accessories too). Im thinking this is pretty good.
