2.3L ('02-'11) How long do they last?

As I'm typing this, my 2008 Ranger is 60 miles from hitting the 200,000 mile mark and I bought my Ranger new back in 2008. I have been good about keeping the oil changed every 4,000 to 5,000 miles and was wondering how long does the duratec 2.3L last if it is well maintained?

It's just broke in, with good maintenance you could get another 200k out of it
