When I was a Deputy Sheriff, we did not have "quota's"....we could write as many tickets as we wanted !
Used to run radar, especially in school zones. I was embarrassed if I didn't write a book (25 tickets) every day !

If you aren't doing anything wrong you got nothing to worry about. I've never had an issue with cops driving on trips late at night, if you aren't doing anything wrong they're going to leave you alone.

Got a local faux city near here, handful of ex strip joint bouncer cops. The cities only income is $500 tickets on a 1/2 mile stretch of state hwy.

When I worked in the ghetto people use to fly down rt 1 weaving in and out of traffic like maniacs. I would just putz along doing the speed limit. 10 miles down the road me and the idiots doing 90 would end up sitting next to each other at the same red light...

From NJ to Savanah, you'll be on I-95 where the speed limit is irrelevant. Get up close behind a semi and draft him. That will save fuel while you zip down here at 95 mph.
