It's the little square box that sits on the right of the intake manifold and gets a pressure signal from the EGR valve. ('86) It has a three wire connector. According to my wiring diagram and meter, I've got a ground (Bk/W), a signal to the ECM (Br/Lg), and another feed from the ECM (O/W - 5v) . How can I bench test this, or verify it is working on the engine? What voltages should I see at which wires at what pressure? On the engine, I get ~3.4 volts on the signal wire that fluctuates a bit when the hose is connected, and a steady 3.3v disconnected, which makes me think it is working. How does it work? Too many questions at once? Thanks for any help...
