I really just don't get how people can drive Wranglers day in and day out. I put 8 miles on a used one at work today, almost rolled it at least 5 times driving exactly the same way I drive the Ranger every day. And I've never almost rolled the Ranger, almost flipped end over end yes, but not rolled.

I've driven a few at the auto auction I work at on occasion. Those high door sills are a total leg buster!

They must care more about the "cool" factor than the utility of the vehicle they drive.

Can't say I've ever almost rolled my Land Cruiser... pretty much the same thing as a Jeep I figure.

Ive owned 3 yj's and love them , well they were modded out but there a good base for a great wheeler, just no cargo space , a pluss it no one asked me to help them move ...

Everyone has there own style and preference. Best thing you can do is embrace that idea and just have the best time you can wheeling with everybody. We all have the same goal in the end and thats self happiness in a project.

a friend owns a renegade and he drives it as a DD
only complain is the bumpy ride it has.
he drives it nice and easy tho. he knows that a hard turn could flip it.

Fair enough. If I my Ranger broke down & a Jeeper offered to help, I'd accept. And he needed help, I would not hesitate to help out.

I have had a Wrangler or 3 and honestly I never came close to rolling one. You just have to understand it isn't a sports car. That's why I own a sports car too.

my buddy has a sweet 67 mustang convertible with an inline 6 300 engine. and a 6-something plymouth duster.

i know those are muscle cars, not true cornering sport cars.

what u got?

2004 Saab 95 2.5 turbo aero. THAT was a good handling car. And comfortable.

2002 BMW E46 M3. Bought with some minor front end adjustments from the previous drunken owner. Now looks like new.

I have a 2WD Ranger... compared to my lifted truck sans sway bars, the 2WD is on RAILS! Haha!

got to drive a clients Mercedes Kompressor once. I don't remember all the blah blah details about it, but it was a loaded convertible and he said it had 400-something horses under the hood. Holy Jesus. 0-80 in next to nothing....up a hill.
