how do i remove this?

Its definately time to replace the (rag joint)??? Im pretty sure that's what its called. But how in the hell do I go about getting it out of there?!?

Well...I can't figure out how to get the picture off my phone to show you guys. But its the joint coming out of the firewall connected to the steering shaft. Any help is appreciated!

Remove the pinch bolt out of both ends of the shaft.(one end is hidden under the plastic cover at the box) then collapse the slip yoke and pull it out.

I recommend replacing the whole shaft, but you can drill the rivets out and do just the rubber.
