How do i get my wheels shiny?

I have those aluminum wheels and they are pretty pitted and scratched and i wanna shine em up alittle bit. How would I go about doin this?

Oh Lord. Getting an aluminum rim shiny takes LOTS of work. Trust me. You will be tired of the whole process before you get one finished. Even with power tools and polish it takes a LONG time.

Get some air craft clearn at ur local parts store it will take the clear coat off then u start sanding on mine I started with 220 just to get ride of all the pits and stuff then I went to 400 both of them were dry then I started wet sanding hit them with 400 then 600 then to 800 then to 1000 and ended with 1500 then use you some good polish you can sand and stuff then reclear coat so you don't have to polish them all the time that's how I did mine done one wheel a day probably had about 6 to 8 hr of work in mine
