im wanting to run a after market temp gauge to my 93 2.3 raanger can someone tell me where the temp gauge srews in it thanks

I'm not following you. Do you want to know where the sensor plugs in at? On my 2.9 it's on top of the upper coolant inlet housing.

Thermostat housing...that's the word I was looking for. The coolant temp sensor is on the thermostat housing.
It should be the same on a 2.3L also.
Unless you are truely trying to screw your guage in somewhere, then I don't understand. I have mine mounted in a guage ring that bolts to the underside of the dash panel.
