Hoods Interchange?

Newbie with an 87 Ranger. I found a 'new' 92 style hood cheap. I believe it has 2 beauty lines instead of my 1 centre crease. Other than that is it a direct bolt on? gary

it will bolt on, but the front edge is different

Different as in different is good, or wow, that looks odd?

well, it wont line up with the front of the fenders, the hood is curved on the front, but on the ranger the hood is just on a straight slant down, so it will look kinda messed up
