Correct! 1938 Packard, it was in the "others" photo slideshow that I posted from the Henderson, NC car show this past weekend:

Good point about the hearse, due to the door in the back. But, the interior
has been re-done, so it doesn't look like a hearse inside.

The engine isn't original either, I'm sure it had a straight-8, instead of a V-8.
