Spot welds came loose. 30 years of dropping the hood. Looks like two ways of fixing it. Drill out the spot welds and plate and tap the plate 8-32. OR there are two larger holes on either side that I could put maybe 1/4-20 bolts in. Anybody got a better idea? Thanks.
