I have a fancy aluminum plate with our shop name on it , but I couldn't find the little rivets to stick it on .

what thickness you make that out of? i have some 3/16" here and i was going to waterjet all the pieces out and than TIG it all together. Did you connect it to the truck at all or just let the weight hold it in place?

nice shop. The shop i work in for the Air Force lets me use the machines for practically anything even the HAAS VF-4 CNC hehehe

lucky guy !!! I used 1/8" tread plate , I attached the box with a couple of "j" hooks under the bed side . I just got the bill for the aluminum today only 120 , I thought that the price for aluminum was more .
