im looking to build one was curious if any one has an idea/tips? much appriciated

There is a section in the Technical Library covering the fabrication of customer interior pieces. You should check it out. Its pretty comprehensive, but fairly easy to follow, too.

well i have done both fiber glass consoles with plywood and foam just a word of addvice foam is easyier and lighter
