Running rich when passes out of the idol stage.

I have been searching and trying to find out why, gas is beind
dumped in the carb in running stage.

If I just coast along with gas pedal up it does not dump gas,
but when I am holding the accelarator down to hold steady speed
on flat run of road, the Multi Meter jumps in readings to 64.0 24.0 32.0
and the readings should not be over .999 even with larger jets.
Its just erratic and continus in the run circuit.

I have replaced power valve, but it would only increase the gas
richness about .100 if it was leaking.
I have checked the Throttle Pump lever clearance and its set to 15 thousand as recomemended.
I have just over hauled it to with a kit and it did not help.

The Accelator tube where the squirter is has the weight and small round ball for check valve.

The Secondaries are staying close and not drifting open.
The float levels are just a the bottom of sight holes.

Both Foats where changed as its recomended to change them
every 5 years, the get heavy with gas or will just not float as
the should.

Thanks for any insight

This is normal Street Driving.
Somewhere in the run circuit there must be some kind of check valve not
working,

I would not know I had the problem if I did not always run a multimeter connected to to the oxy sensor.
I run Vacumn Guage to and tack.

The exhaust pipe is black so it is running rich as the meter indicates.

It was a sweet running carb when it was running right these past few
years.

Holley is no help to me, I have had this carb about 10 years

I'm sure you've checked but I'll ask anyway, are you sure the choke is not closing when you are off idle.

Its closed

I checked the choke with engine warmed up and the spring is strong holding the choke open, I might run some nylon line to cab, from choke to make sure the choke is not closing.
Anything is possible.

or run with out air filter and temporay mount camera and record video to see if its closing on me.

I'm sure you've checked but I'll ask anyway, are you sure the choke is not closing when you are off idle.
