My credo
the grey-t escape
yes, thats right, my manifold & Y-pipe connection was bad, had a horrible exhaust leak, when i got that fixed i noticed some plastic drippings, got a good-sized hole in the heater box, can see the a/c part inside. any chance duct tape or some sort of high-temp foil with a adheadisve back would stay in place ove the hole? being cold out, i have no idea if the a/c stll works, but the heater certianally doesnt work as well as it used to. not sure if my best bet is to swap a junkyard heater box in or if i can put some sort of patch on the outside?

Find some suitable plastic, and use plastic epoxy.

The last box I modified, I used an old CD case. And the one before that I used pieces of an oem mudflap/ splash guard.

If its misshapen in anyway, use a heat gun and a welding glove to reform it.
