Years ago bought a full size Bronco that A/C compressor would not kick on. PO showed me how to bypass high pressure switch. So I took it home, charged it, installed new switch and it worked until the day I sold it. Just bought an '87 ext. cab with 2.9l with what might be same issue. What I can't remember is how to bypass that switch to test it.. If anyone has done this or knows how, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disconnect the switch from the high pressure sensor......jump the 2 plug connections. Couldn't get any easier than that.
