High Idle

I've got a 94 Ranger/3.0/A4LD/ . truck has 258XXX miles on it. Just changed the oil, cleaned it and it started idling high(2*2500)rpm after driving it. vacuum is good , steady. Nothing out of the ordinary , just that. The idle stays high then after a minute slows back down..

I would be looking for a vacuum hose that has fallen off if all you did was an oil change.
