there has already been a discussion on that kit. Nobody really knows and I have contacted the seller and the seller does not know if it is an HID or a halogen projector lens in the HID pod. so I am waiting for somebody I know to buy one and check it out.

I was at Best Buy yesterday and seen a Gen 3 Ranger that had an HID projector pod on the outside upper corner and a halogen high beam on the lower inside corner (like it should be) and it looked like either a pro retrofit or a decent kit. I decided not to wait around to ask the owner about it but I left my e-mail addy and phone number and www.therangerstation.com on his windshield and asked him about his head lights ..... waiting for contact.
