I like your B2. I miss my 89. I bought it new in 89. I had that thing for a while. I sold it in 2003 with 89,000 miles on it to a friend who wanted to buy it for his college bound daughter. She sold it last year (with 120,000 miles on it). She said she never had any issues with it. Just routine service and two sets of 32 inch tires after the first set got old. So I did buy a great B2. I can only find a couple of photos of it next to my 74 bug.

thanks. i love mine. the 4.0 really woke it up...A LOT!!! now the 4.10 gears that are coming in the 8.8 should wake it up even more. i would have been better off putting my b2 body on an explorer frame lol. i have the motor, trans,t/case, and drive shafts now. soon to be rear axle. i basically have an ex lol.

i'd like to have an 89- it would have made some of my swap easier. but i like the 1st gen body style more. idk why...
