I drove a Ranger for several years, and then my parents took possession of it, and now I'm thinking of taking possession of it again. The truck is a 1994 2.3L auto, standard cab, short bed. It's not really much of a tough truck, it's almost just like a car. But I've been thinking about getting a truck again for a while. Right now I'm driving a 2000 Ford ZX2.
I'm just here looking for some ideas on what I could do with the Ranger if I end up getting it back.

Welcome to the forums man, nice to see another SoCal resident join up. You could do whatever you want with it. You could beef up the 4cyl, drop a V6 or V8 in it, you could leave it bone stock. Those 4 bangers are really reliable from what I've heard.
