I had the frame hole patched back in June by the garage I mentioned previously. They take good care of me when it's something I either can't do, don't have the equipment to do, or just don't feel like doing it lol.
Here are a few pics-
I should have had them do the passenger side too while they were at it but they squeezed me in at the last minute so I didn't ask about doing both sides. I was just glad to get the hole fixed.
The scissors in the one pic on the lift arm were used to cut the cardboard template, not the 10 gauge plate lol,

@Ed K , not to be a downer, but watch that plate, it’s going to be prone to want to crack because they didn’t fish plate it. You don’t want straight vertical seams, they should have clipped the corners. I’ll have to get a pic to show you what I’m talking about

You make a good point, I should have had him round the corners. I check it once in awhile to make sure nothing cracked.
