1988, and cleaner than he has any right to be.

The interior is far from factory, however

Possibly timberline green metallic. Fairly rare color

Thanks; and not at all, lol - the old guy I bought it from did most of the modifications on it and painted it that color himself. Don't recollect the name of the paint but I have the can and it's some forest-green type. The original color was the horrendous tan paint

I like the black painted trim plate on the tailgate. IDK why that never occurred to me.

It looked a little too bright but the jams were also green which is unusual for a casual respray.

yeah, he got everywhere pretty decently except for the bed when you take the liner off. Although there are some spots where there's drippage that you can't see in the photos. I plan to repaint someday, but right now it looks pretty good from thirty feet away at fifty miles per hour

Great find, I wanted an 83-88 shortbox 2wd for my 351/C4 build but ended up with a 93 longbox because I found one that wasn't rusty. A lot of folks on this site don't have a concept of how destructive road salt is.
