hey i have a 1990 ford ranger but that one died so i have this new (to me) 00 ford ranger but it makes this noise like a fan hitting something but this only happens when the engine is cold so i was wondering if that out be bad or anything

open the hood, and have someone rev the engine while you watch to see if the engine moves alot, possibly a broken motor mount, had a friends bronco do the same thing, engine would torque over to one side til the fan hit the shroud

oil presure is great and the engine doesnt move but it only happens when its cool out (25 and below) anything above that doesnt happen
