This is my 84 Ford Ranger. Its my first truck so its definitely my baby.
After a couple upgrades here is how she is sitting now
I also upgraded the interior to explorer bucket seats and put a custom sub box in the back with 2 10'' subs in the standard cab
A couple of months ago this is what happened to her
It dropped a valve in the back piston, made lots of noise and locked it up. So after tearing it completely down this is how we found the piston. Me and my step dad have been working to fix it up until we found this on craigslist last weekend
I found this for 650 bucks and went to look at it. the front end was crunched in and the steering box was broken so i offered him 550 and he took it.
The best part of this deal is...
A 4.0L V6 under the hood backed by a 5 speed and manual transfer case!
Along with this a 3in suspension lift, 2in body lift, limited slip 7.5 rear and dana
