Bought this truck 3 weeks ago. Still learning about it. The builder was Chris Davis who passed away last year. The truck was his hobby. I got a few books with the truck and his pursuit of perfection shows in his research.

What I know so far. 95 series 4.0 Block. Another forum members sold the Stage 3 heads to him which I'm assuming is on the truck. Also the good possibility of a 410 series cam. The Paxton SN92 is louder than normal and in need of a rebuild. Doesn't sound as bad spooling up as it does at idle. 5 Speed with B&M kit. 35" BFG MTs. Obvious stuff like the +/- 6" Superlift. 3" body lift and fiberglass hood. Powermate 200a alternator. 2 Hella Rallye 1000s. The truck came with a crapload of brand new weather stripping still in the Ford packaging as well as an extra set of Pro Comp wheels which I may sell. 3 of them are shod with 35" BFG's with maybe 15-20% tread left.

The Vintage Trailblazer lightbar that came with the truck. Sold as of tomorrow.

by far the cleanest second gen ranger i have ever seen, mad props on the purchase and mad props to the builder(RIP)

every interior of a 1st or 2nd gen ranger ive seen is really nice, nicer, then the interior of 2000 up years, why is that, does it have to do with the materials and fabrics used in the interior or just ppl taking care of it, my interior looks brand new, better than a 2009 ranger would look lol

becuase in later years they tried to make it feel car like inside:pissedoff:

Thanks for the compliments folks. Mr Davis was meticulous. There's a blemish and blur here and there on the truck from age that doesn't show in the pics but it's still a nice looking truck. I put the factory carpet, door panels and headliner back in along with the shift boot when i got it home. I think he was in the middle of replacing interior parts. There's new capet behind the seats.

My living room was pretty scary for a few days. I've got tan window trim panels in there right now...hehe. They were new in the Ford packs and the only ones i had. Later on when i get a few other things sorted out I may do some paint work on the interior along with a new dash pad. I have to find the plastic pocket that goes behind the passenger door handle. The truck needs a slave cylinder and steering box right now worse than anything. I have a Borgeson steering shaft that came with it and needs to be installed. Detroit Locker in the rear and I think I understood them to say the front also but not sure. No idea on ratio's. It turns about 2400rpm@65mph with the 35's so someone here could probably tell me from experience.

whew.. sorry for the book !

badass rig! the only thing i dont like is the visor but other than that i would take it in a heartbeat!
