So his bed was pretty smashed as you can tell from the bondo in the pics. We picked up a bed at pull apart and here is how the install went...









overall it was pretty easy. at pull apart we used one of their modified engine lifts to lift it off the frame and roll it out to his truck. you can see how we tied it down for the trip. the bottom had a little rust so it got cleaned up with a flap disk and painted. and then we just swapped the beds.
 
Whoo-eeh that thing was a bondosled. Looks good.
 
yeah, the new bed has 4 small dings that I knocked most of the way out with a small hammer then bondoed them and now with it sanded smooth you cant tell it was bondoed in those areas.

nice thing was that the bed only cost $100 at pull apart and already has a bed liner in it.
